Plumbing Division Manager
Plumbing Division Manager
Relief Services
Location: Chico, CA (with service throughout Northern California)
Job Type: Full-Time
Build a Plumbing Division From the Ground Up
Relief Services is seeking an experienced Plumbing Division Manager to launch and lead our new plumbing service division. This is a unique opportunity for a licensed plumber and proven leader who wants to build a division--not simply step into an established operation.
The Plumbing Division Manager will be responsible for developing the systems, team, and service standards needed to create a successful plumbing business within Relief Services. This role will oversee residential and commercial plumbing operations, hire and develop technicians, establish processes, manage performance, and help drive the division's financial success.
This is an entrepreneurial leadership position for someone who understands both the trade and the business side of running a service division. The right candidate will have experience leading plumbing teams, making operational decisions, managing profitability, and creating structure in a growing environment.
Relief Services is a growing field services company based in Chico, California, operating three service brands: Johnny on the Spot Portable Toilets, Chico Septic, and a newly launching plumbing division. We serve residential, commercial, and municipal customers throughout Northern California.
With approximately $5.5 million in annual revenue, a goal of reaching $10 million within five years, and a second service location in development, we are building the leadership team and infrastructure needed to support continued growth.
